Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns:
– The item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered
– Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-modified or bespoke containers are non-refundable unless faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your container arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and details. We will assess and offer a replacement or partial refund where applicable.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Return Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
