For remote or hard-to-reach areas (islands, rural locations), please contact us before ordering so we can provide a delivery estimate or custom quote
3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we process standard & stock containers within 1–3 business days

Custom or modified containers may take longer; dispatch time can be 5–10 business days, depending on specifications

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location and container type (see section 4)
4. Delivery Times

These estimates are from the day of dispatch, not from order placement. You will receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery date once your order is ready to ship.
5. Delivery Method

Deliveries are made using large commercial lorries or HIAB trucks (crane fitted) as required

For larger containers, the driver may need assistance or additional equipment to offload safely

You will receive a scheduling call or email ahead of delivery so we can confirm that the delivery site is accessible
6. Deliverer Access & Site Requirements
To help avoid delays or extra charges, please make sure that:

The delivery site has sufficient vehicle access for oversized trucks

The ground is firm, level, and free from obstacles

Any overhead obstructions (electric wires, trees) are cleared or reported beforehand

Someone is available on-site to receive and sign for the delivery
If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to access or site issues, re-delivery fees may apply.
7. Shipping Costs & Quotes

Shipping or delivery cost is calculated based on distance, container size, weight, and any special access or handling requirements

You will see your delivery cost in the quote/order summary before confirming purchase

For larger or special orders, or locations that are difficult to reach, we may provide a separate customised delivery quote
8. Delays, Failed or Missed Deliveries

Delays may occur due to adverse weather, traffic, or transportation issues. We will notify you as soon as possible if there’s a delay

If delivery cannot take place because the address is incorrect, the site is inaccessible, or someone is not available, we will attempt to reschedule. Any additional cost incurred may be charged to the customer
9. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect the container before you accept it (before signing the delivery note)

If there’s visible damage, defects, or it is not what you ordered, take clear photographs, note the damage on the delivery paperwork, and contact us immediately by email or phone (see section 11)

This helps us process any claims or arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible
10. Click & Collect Option

We may offer a Click & Collect option from certain depots — please contact us to check availability

You must arrange your own vehicle/driving capability and loading if collecting
