Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all online and offline purchases:

  • 💳 Debit or Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express

  • 🏦 Bank Transfer (BACS) – direct payment from your bank to ours

  • 💷 PayPal – for secure online transactions

  • 💼 Business Account Invoices – for approved trade and business customers

  • 💰 Cash Payments (on collection only) – available by prior arrangement at our approved depots

All payments must be made in GBP (£).


2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before dispatch or collection unless a business credit agreement is in place.

  • For custom or modified containers, a 50% deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due before delivery.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and cleared.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within 5 working days of invoice issue (unless otherwise agreed).


3. Invoicing & Receipts

  • Upon completing your purchase, you’ll receive an automated order confirmation and invoice via email.

  • All invoices include details of VAT (if applicable), delivery charges, and any custom service fees.

  • Business customers can request pro-forma invoices for purchase orders.


4. Payment Security

We take payment security seriously.

  • All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

  • Easy Containers UK does not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.

  • For bank transfers, please verify account details carefully before making a payment — we will never change payment details via email.

If you ever receive suspicious emails claiming to be from us, please contact info@easycontainers.co.uk immediately.


5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds or cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days after confirmation.


6. Late or Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails or is declined, we will notify you immediately and hold your order until payment is completed.

  • In cases of late payment for trade accounts, interest may be charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.


7. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we use automated and manual systems to screen transactions for fraud or suspicious activity.
